Sometimes in life you have to LEARN to let go.
To do that you must allow yourself to first acknowledge the situation (Yes this is happening to me, I’m here again, it’s not a dream), then accept the situation for what it is (only the truth can set you free, let go of the emotion and look at the situation with OPENED eyes) and at that point breathe (Deep breathes help reduce stress) and let it go!
Of course you can’t forget whatever has happened to you or what you have been through in your life but you don’t have to give your energy and full attention to it.
Acknowledge, Accept, Let Go and then simply move on to something more positive.
